When it comes to movies I can watch any genre depending on my mood. However, if I had to pick one genre then it would be “chick flicks”/romantic/rom-com. I love films based on anything romantic because the movies are so cheesy, you can’t help but re-watch time and time again. Some of my favorites are Mean girls, Notebook, Dear John, Clueless etc.
However, from time to time I do love watching action films. This is because the genre gives the viewers a sense of adrenaline, keeping us at the edge of our seats. Additionally, there is always some sort of love story within the plot line, which is a bonus.
I am a person that gets scared quite easily, so I rarely watch horror films. However, occasionally I do watch horror films with my family. It amazes me how much it has an impact on the viewers emotions. I think it would be fun to make a trailer/opening two minutes to horror film in the future.
